1. Agreement
By using CRV Service you agree to these Terms. These govern website design, funnels, automation, and SEO services we provide.
2. Services & Trials
We offer a free 14-day funnel trial. After the trial, continued service requires payment per the chosen package. Trial users must provide accurate information and access as requested.
3. Payment & Billing
Project fees and retainers are as outlined in proposals. Monthly services auto-bill unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior. Late payments may incur fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide brand assets, hosting credentials if needed, and timely feedback. Delays in client responses may pause timelines; extra work may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of templates and proprietary code until full payment. On final payment, clients receive a license to delivered assets; third-party plugins remain subject to their licenses.
6. Warranties & Liability
We aim to deliver functional services but do not guarantee specific revenue or search rank outcomes. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate recurring services with 30 days’ notice. One-off projects follow cancellation terms in the proposal. Outstanding balances remain due.
