1. Digital Products — The Funnel Repair Manual

Due to the digital nature of eBooks, all sales of The Funnel Repair Manual are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact support@crvservice.com within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement download.

2. Services — Done-For-You Funnel Builds

Our $998 Done-For-You Funnel Build includes a discovery call and strategy session before work begins.

• Before work begins: Full refund minus a $150 strategy and planning fee if canceled within 48 hours of payment.
• After work begins: No refunds. We commit resources, designer time, and developer hours immediately upon project start.
• Revisions: Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions billed at $150/hour.

3. Free 14-Day Trial

The free trial requires no payment information. No refund applies as no payment is collected during the trial period.

If you convert to a paid plan after the trial, standard subscription terms apply.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly service subscriptions can be canceled with 30 days written notice. No partial month refunds. Your service continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We reserve the right to suspend service and pursue collections for fraudulent chargebacks. We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns before initiating disputes.
