1. Who we are

CRV Service provides funnel architecture, workflow automation, AI-powered workforce tools, local SEO, and reputation management services, operated by Michael Francis.

2. Services

Our services include, but are not limited to: funnel audits, Done-For-You funnel builds, AI Workforce deployment, ongoing optimization, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are set out in the order, invoice, or proposal you accept before work begins — not in these Terms.

3. Payment

Fees are due as specified at the time of purchase or as outlined in your service agreement. Some services (such as the Done-For-You funnel build) are one-time fees; others (such as ongoing optimization) may be billed on a recurring basis. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Client responsibilities

You’re responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to accounts or platforms needed to complete the work (such as GoHighLevel, ad accounts, or domain access), and timely feedback during build and review periods. Delays on your end may extend project timelines.

5. AI-assisted work

Some deliverables — including AI Workforce tools, automated follow-up sequences, and parts of the funnel-build process — are built or assisted using artificial intelligence. AI-generated outputs are reviewed by a human before delivery, but we don’t guarantee that AI-generated content (copy, responses, recommendations) will be error-free, and you’re responsible for reviewing client-facing AI outputs before they go live in your business.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the specific funnel, copy, and assets built for you under a Done-For-You engagement. CRV retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, templates, software, and methodology (including the Funnel Repair System™), which may be reused across client engagements.

7. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

This site contains affiliate links, including links to purchase The Funnel Repair Manual on Amazon. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links, at no extra cost to you. We also integrate with and link to third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, Calendly, and Vendasta) that have their own terms and privacy policies, which we don’t control.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided “as is.” While we aim to improve lead response, conversion, and reputation outcomes, we don’t guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or ranking results, since these depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and ad spend.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRV Service’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3 / 6 / 12] months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement (such as a retainer) with [30 days’] written notice. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
